Press Release: Natural Capital Exits Harvest Group Investment
(Fayetteville, Ark.) — Natural Capital, an Arkansas-based private investment firm, has exited its investment in Harvest Group, a Rogers-based integrated commerce agency serving high-growth consumer brands across major retail platforms.
Natural Capital initially invested in Harvest Group in March 2023 through Natural Capital Fund II and Fund II-A, partnering with Founder and CEO Ross Cully and the Harvest leadership team to support the company’s continued growth. Founded in 2006, Harvest Group has grown into a leading integrated commerce agency helping brands navigate complex retail environments through services including account management, digital content management, retail media strategy, and replenishment support.
During Natural Capital’s investment period, Harvest Group continued to expand its integrated commerce platform and technology capabilities while strengthening relationships with major retailers and consumer brands. The company also maintained strong organic growth and pursued strategic opportunities to deepen its service offerings and scale its proprietary technology platform.
The exit follows Harvest Group’s newly announced strategic investment from Mountaingate Capital, which will support the company’s next phase of growth and continued investment in technology, analytics, and integrated commerce capabilities.
“We are proud to have partnered with Ross and the Harvest Group team during a period of significant growth for the company,” said Brad Henry, managing partner of Natural Capital. “Harvest Group reflects the type of opportunity we seek: strong leadership, differentiated capabilities, and a clear path to long-term value creation. Ross and the Harvest team have built an exceptional organization, and we are grateful for the partnership and execution that led to this successful outcome.”
"As a bootstrap founder, I was nervous about bringing on a financial partner. I could not have asked for a better partner than Natural Capital," said Ross Cully, founder & CEO of Harvest Group. "They were incredibly founder friendly, rolled up their sleeves and supported our team when we needed it, understood our industry, respected our culture, and shared our values. Having their experienced presence on our board helped Harvest Group scale wisely over the last three years because they are operators themselves. Because of our positive experience with Natural Capital we have greater confidence as we move forward with our new financial partner for the next leg of our journey.”
Harvest Group is headquartered in Rogers, Arkansas and has grown to more than 250 employees with offices in Rogers, Cincinnati, and Minneapolis. The company provides integrated commerce solutions to consumer brands selling across leading retailers including Walmart, Sam’s Club, Target, Amazon, and others.
The transaction represents another realized investment for Natural Capital, which continues to focus on supporting growth-stage companies and real estate investments in Northwest Arkansas and the broader Heartland region.
