Company Overview: Natural Capital is a high growth, Arkansas based firm focused on private investments in real estate and growth companies. Founded in 2019, the firm currently operates two funds with $217M in assets under management. 

Job Description: Ideal candidates are hard-working and highly motivated self-starters. As an integral member of the investment team, analysts play a key role in evaluating potential investment opportunities, conducting financial analyses, and supporting due diligence efforts across a range of opportunities.

Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct thorough financial analysis, including financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis, to assess investment opportunities. 

  • Perform industry research and competitive analysis to identify key trends and risks affecting potential investments. 

  • Prepare detailed investment memos and presentations for review by senior management and investment committees. 

  • Assist in the due diligence process by coordinating with legal, financial, and operational teams to assess deal risks and opportunities. 

  • Collaborate effectively with team members and external advisors to ensure comprehensive evaluation and execution of investment transactions. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s and/or advanced degree. 

  • Experience in investment banking, management consulting, real estate analysis, private equity, or related financial services role. 

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques and reporting tools. 

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely. 

  • Detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. 

  • Team player with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, eager to contribute to the firm's success and growth.
