Heartland Affordable Housing II

Natural Capital is under contract to purchase 278 affordable housing units across 8 different properties primarily located in Northwest, Arkansas. Affordable senior and workforce housing properties are in high demand throughout the growing secondary and tertiary markets in the Heartland region, especially Northwest Arkansas.

 

Heartland Pinnacle

Natural Capital acquired 12 commercial buildings (“Properties”) in Rogers, AR, totaling 282,601 rentable square feet. The Properties are in the heart of North Pinnacle, the largest commercial district in Northwest Arkansas.

 

Heartland Neighborhoods

Natural Capital will purchase newly constructed homes located in West Bentonville and will pursue a hybrid sales / lease strategy. The homes range in size from 800 SF – 1,250 SF. Each unit is designed with affordability in mind, and to maximize density and land use.

 

First Street Flats

Natural Capital is the lead equity partner in First Street Flats, a multi-family development located in downtown Rogers. Specialized Real Estate is the developer and property manager on the 121-unit Class A, multi-family community.
